1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of reservation.
A minimum advance payment is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before departure. Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation without refund.
Prices may fluctuate due to factors such as seasonal demand, government regulations, service provider policies, and taxes.
Any additional charges imposed by hotels, airlines, or other service providers must be borne by the traveler.
GST and other applicable taxes are levied as per government regulations.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
30+ days before travel: Full refund after deducting service charges and non-refundable components.
15-29 days before travel: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 15 days before travel: No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days, as per banking and service provider regulations.
If a traveler cancels a trip due to medical emergencies, a valid medical certificate may be required for any refund claims.
No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, early departures, or trip modifications made by the traveler.
If a tour is cancelled or modified by ZipnTrip Travel Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative package or refund as per service provider policies will be provided.
Airline, hotel, and transport provider cancellation policies will apply wherever applicable.
3. Itinerary & Modifications
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel itineraries due to operational constraints, natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events.
Any modifications requested by the traveler post-booking are subject to availability, service provider policies, and additional costs.
Changes in flight/train schedules, hotel availability, or unforeseen circumstances may lead to modifications in the itinerary. Such changes will be made in the best interest of the traveler, and no compensation shall be provided.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN card, or Driving License) as required.
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions is not responsible for travelers denied entry due to invalid or missing identification.
Compliance with local laws, entry permits, and state-specific travel guidelines is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
If a tour involves air/train/bus travel, the traveler must abide by the rules of the respective airline, railway, or transport provider.
5. Accommodation & Transport
Hotels listed in the package are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of unavailability, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Any early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel policies and may incur additional charges.
Transport services (AC/Non-AC, private/shared vehicles) will be provided as per package selection.
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or strikes affecting transport services.
Service provider conditions apply to hotel stays, vehicle rentals, and transportation services.
6. Travel Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
Travel insurance is not included in the package but is highly recommended.
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions is not liable for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Medical emergencies or accidents.
Flight/train cancellations, rescheduling, or missed connections.
Any disputes between the traveler and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, local vendors, etc.).
Travelers are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and must carry prescribed medication if required.
Adherence to state-wise COVID-19 guidelines and health protocols is mandatory.
Indulgence in illegal activities, unruly behavior, or non-compliance with local laws may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Hotels, airlines, and other service providers reserve the right to deny services if a traveler engages in misconduct.
8. Force Majeure & Disruptions
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or itinerary modifications caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides, etc.).
Political unrest, strikes, curfews, or war-like situations.
Government-imposed travel restrictions.
Refunds or alternative arrangements in such cases will be made as per the policies of service providers involved.
9. Legal & Dispute Resolution
All bookings and services provided by ZipnTrip Travel Solutions are governed by the laws of Karnataka,India.
Any disputes arising from bookings must be first resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, [Your Country&rsquos Year of Act].
The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters will be Karnataka.India
10. Third-Party Service Providers
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers, etc.).
All third-party service provider conditions will apply wherever applicable.
We do not take responsibility for any service lapses, overbookings, or mismanagement by external vendors.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal details collected during bookings are used solely for trip arrangements and internal records.
We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
Customers agree to receive booking confirmations, promotional offers, and travel updates via email or SMS.
