Booking deposit is ₹30,000 per person if booked more than 45 days before departure.
An additional ₹45,000 per person must be paid within 7 days of the initial payment.
For bookings made within 45 days of departure, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required.
Full payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to departure.
Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the amount paid.
Visa rejection will incur a ₹20,000 cancellation charge per person, plus any non-refundable visa fees paid.
Cancellation up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total package value.
Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total package value.
Cancellation within 15 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation charges; no refund will be applicable.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India.
Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guaranteed early check-in is available at an additional cost equivalent to one night’s stay.
The tour will operate only with a minimum of 20 passengers.
If group strength is low, the tour may be merged with a similar group without compromising on inclusions.
Group reshuffling may occur to ensure smooth tour operations.
Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if any listed attraction is closed.
Packed dinners may be provided in case of delays or to comply with local driving regulations.
Due to coach storage limitations, only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person is allowed.
TCS of 5% or 10% is applicable on bookings up to ₹10 lakhs; 20% TCS is applicable on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakhs effective 1st April 2025.
A 10% TCS rate applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN marked inoperative).
Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies may result in a price revision.
No refund will be provided for unused services or missed activities during the tour.
Direct joining guests must arrange their own airport transfers at both arrival and departure points.
Guests departing independently from Rome must also arrange or pay for their transfers separately.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
More than 45 days before travel: Refund after deducting service charges and non-refundable components.
30-44 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 30 days before travel: No refund will be provided.
Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, and local service provider policies. Processing may take 30-45 working days.
If a trip is canceled due to visa rejection, only recoverable costs (if any) will be refunded after deducting administrative fees.
No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, early departures, or voluntary trip modifications by the traveler.
If ZipnTrip Travel Solutions modifies or cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative package or refund per service provider policies will be offered.
4. Flights & Airlines Policy
Flight bookings are subject to availability and airline fare fluctuations at the time of confirmation.
Airfare is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked, unless otherwise specified by the airline.
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions is not responsible for:
Flight delays, reschedules, or cancellations.
Missed connections due to schedule changes.
Additional baggage fees imposed by airlines.
Airline service provider conditions apply to all international flights.
5. Itinerary & Tour Modifications
The itinerary provided at the time of booking is subject to change due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes requested by the traveler after booking are subject to availability, service provider policies, and additional costs.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, customs regulations, and entry requirements of the destination country.
No compensation shall be provided for changes due to third-party service provider conditions or government restrictions.
6. Accommodation & Transport
Hotels mentioned in the package are subject to availability at the time of booking. If unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Any early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel policies and additional charges.
Transport services (private/shared transfers, local transport, and tours) are as per package inclusions.
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions is not responsible for:
Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or strikes affecting transport services.
Issues arising from third-party transport providers such as taxis, buses, or tour operators.
Service provider conditions apply to hotel stays, vehicle rentals, and transportation services.
7. Travel Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
Travel insurance is mandatory for all international trips and must be purchased before departure.
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions is not liable for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings.
Medical emergencies, accidents, or hospitalization.
Flight/train cancellations, missed connections, or airline operational failures.
Disputes with third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
Travelers must ensure their insurance covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays.
8. Health, Safety & Conduct
Travelers must comply with health advisories, vaccination requirements, and COVID-19 protocols of the destination country.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are medically fit for travel.
Any traveler found engaging in illegal activities, misconduct, or non-compliance with local laws may be removed from the tour without a refund.
Hotels, airlines, and service providers reserve the right to deny services in case of misconduct.
9. Force Majeure & Disruptions
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary modifications due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides, etc.).
Political instability, strikes, curfews, or war-like situations.
Government-imposed travel restrictions.
Refunds or alternative arrangements in such cases will be made as per the policies of service providers involved.
10. Legal & Dispute Resolution
All international travel bookings with ZipnTrip Travel Solutions are governed by the laws of Hosapete,Karnataka, India.
Any disputes must be first resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, [Your Country&rsquos Year of Act].
The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters will be Hosapete,Karnataka,India.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
ZipnTrip Travel Solutions acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, visa agents, transport operators, local tour guides, etc.).
All third-party service provider conditions will apply wherever applicable.
We do not take responsibility for service failures, overbookings, or mismanagement by external vendors.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal details collected during bookings are used solely for trip arrangements and internal records.
We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
Customers agree to receive booking confirmations, travel updates, and promotional offers via email or SMS.
